When Lustsickpuppy dropped “Cosmic Brownie” in 2020, my life was changed. Synth stabs, gabber kicks, breath as percussion – along with ambitious, empowering, energetic vocals way more punk than anyone I’ve ever seen wearing a studded jacket and playing a guitar.⁠ Lustsickpuppy’s feral beats smacked me in the face and gave me a reason to wake up in the afternoon. Their take-no-sh*t attitude inspired me to know my worth and stand up for myself when I needed to. I’ve crowd killed ghosts in my room and danced til I couldn’t breathe to their online performances during lockdown era. I feel so lucky and I can’t even explain how excited I am to finally see them perform IRL!
