Holland Project is available to rent 7 days a week, pending already scheduled events and programs. We have two available spaces: the Showspace and Serva Pool, or you can rent the venue in its entirety. We welcome all kinds of requests – meetings, receptions, events, workshops, gathering space, shows, professional development, film/poetry nights, rehearsal space, dj/dance nights, educational forums, and more! The Holland Project Showspace has a full stage, house sound, and lighting for your event. Access to the side yard/garden is included. This space can be used for events, meetings, receptions, performances, gatherings, etc. up to roughly 150 people.


Serva Pool is a more industrial/raw multi-use space and is perfect for special events, meetings, classes, and more. There’s a large roll-up door, and two large walls that can be used for projection, displays, decoration, or other purposes. The space has heat/AC and access to an outdoor portable restroom and handwashing sink. Please note: this space is not always available during the run of exhibitions.


These spaces can be rented individually, or altogether for both single-day use, or multi-day use. Rates vary depending on the type of event and the needs (Showspace starts at $40/hr, Serva Pool at $25/hr, with Staffing/Tech at $20/hr, a separate trash fee may apply). Discounted rates or scholarships are available for community groups and non-profit organizations.
