Holland Project is available to rent 7 days a week, pending already scheduled events and programs. We have two available spaces: the Showspace and Serva Pool. We welcome all kinds of requests – meetings, receptions, events, workshops, gathering space, shows, professional development, film/poetry nights, rehearsal space, dj/dance nights, educational forums, and more! SHOWSPACE
The Holland Project Showspace has a full stage, house sound, and lighting for your event. Access to the side yard/garden is included. This space can be used for events, meetings, receptions, performances, gatherings, etc. This space is suitable for up to 200 standing/mingling, 75 seated without tables, and 40-50 seated with tables.
SERVA POOL
Serva Pool is a more industrial/raw multi-use space and is perfect for special events, meetings, classes, and more. There’s a large roll-up garage door, and two large walls that can be used for projection, displays, decoration, or other purposes. The space has heat, an evaporative cooler, and access to an outdoor portable restroom. This space is suitable for up to 75 standing/mingling, 40 seated without tables, and 25-30 seated with tables. Please note: this space is not always available during the run of exhibitions.
RENT THE SPACE!
These spaces can be rented individually, or altogether for both single-day use, or multi-day use. Rates vary depending on the type of event and the needs. Showspace starts at $40/hr, Serva Pool at $30/hr with Staffing/Tech at $25/hr, a separate trash fee may apply. Discounted rates are available for community groups and non-profit organizations. Holland only books private events up to 4-6 weeks ahead. Please fill out the below application and a staff member will respond!
NEW! Rent the Holland Project Photobooth during your event – that means your guests will have unlimited access to the photobooth at no charge to them and Holland will design a custom photostrip for the occasion. The fee is $250 base fee + $5 per estimated guests for 1-3. hours, $10/guest for up to 4-6 hours. Alternatively, we can design a custom photostrip and guests can pay for each time they use the booth. Price for loading a custom design is $75. Please check “Additional Photobooth Rental” in your application for more information.
