Y’all know about Dischord Records? Ian Mackaye’s (Fugazi, Minor Threat, The Evens) truly inspirational DC music label. Well we got Dischord darling E.D. Sedgwick coming on April 19th. This stuff truly rules! E.D. Sedgwick is one of the terrific bands to come out of the dance punk explosion of the early 2000’s, mixing dance indie with a punk ethos. Just like Black Eyes or a less electronic LCD Soundsystem. Playing on the local level is awesome songs by Televisions and the weird as hell Library Lady. Friday, April 19th $5 8PM.
