Open Call Fiber Exhibition in Serva Pool Gallery
Patchwork was organized via Open Call to fiber artists of all ages in conjunction with the exhibition Hand Wash Only curated by Tight Knit Group. During this time, Serva Pool served as both gallery and gathering space. Fiber Fridays were held weekly for local artists to socialize and work on projects, book clubs and mutual aid groups met, and workshops were hosted including one Intro to Weaving with artist Ivy Guild and Tight Knit Group.
Primarily hailing from Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, participating artists included: Iyana Esters, Isabel Whitlock, Sarah Jane Smith, Jo Heusser, Jessica Meissner, Grace Krutz, Charis Fleshner, Diane Bush, Naes Pierott, Christine Kim, Giulietta Markman, Lina Liz, Romina Villarreal, Kayla Lockwood, Colin Wesolek, Maddie Cantrell,, Leilu Hernandez, Ethan Clift, Kai Morikawa, Francesca Martinez, Lyla Nicole Rowen, Jax Hart, Alisha Fertal, Aaron Cowan, David Delfin, Haide Calle, Madison Ferguson, Adam Benedict, Lindsey Elizares, Ashley Frost, Mars Pancoast, Kaylee Edwards, and Sam Sklar.
