GIRLS ROCK RENO – SPONSORSHIP
Girls Rock Reno is an annual music summer camp at The Holland Project for youth ranging in age from 9- 17. GRR provides music instruction in vocals, guitar, bass, and drums, as well workshops in rock history, screen printing (for making merch!), button making, radio production, self-love and stage confidence, among so much more! We prioritize self-confidence, creativity, and community — encouraging participants to acquire skills to help guide them throughout their lives.
GRR hopes to counter the underrepresentation of women and people of marginalized gender identities in music, and we are committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment. We welcome all self-identified girls, trans and non-binary youth to participate and no music experience required.
Girls Rock Reno 2021 will run July 19 – 23, with the showcase on Saturday, July 24. This year’s camp will have room for 16 participants (4 bands), and will again feature in-person instruction from fantastic women musicians in our community, workshops and skill-building opportunities, guest performances and speakers, field trips, and more.

Sponsors a lead MUSICAL INSTRUCTOR in either bass, guitar, vocals, or drums to provide professional and hands-on instruction for the week-long duration of the camp.

Sponsors a lead MUSICAL INSTRUCTOR in either bass, guitar, vocals, or drums to provide professional and hands-on instruction for the week-long duration of the camp; provides a camper in need of financial assistance with a FULL SCHOLARSHIP to Girls Rock Reno; AND supports CAMP TEES for the participants. All campers get a free Girls Rock Reno screen-printed tee in their size. Your support covers printing/production and ensures we can continue to provide the tees free of charge to our campers.

Makes you the PRIMARY SPONSOR for Girls Rock Reno and not only supports important productions costs and materials/supplies, but also helps provide scholarship and financial support for students in need; ensures we can bring in the best instructors to work with and teach the participants; supports workshops; and supplies camp tees for participants. It also helps provide support for the lunch-time special guests and performances from talented bands, artists, and industry professionals.
