R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement)
A “Work in Progress” Group Exhibition
February 24-28, 2026

R.E.M (Rapid Eye Movement) celebrated the 2025-26 season’s Work in Progress students. Work in Progress (or WIP) is Holland Project’s after-school program for high school students seeking to grow as artists and cultural workers. Holland joins forces with local artists to share their knowledge in artmaking, studio practices, gallery exhibitions, and more with up-and-coming teen artists in weekly workshops each Fall and Winter.

This exhibition showcased art by 18 students who spent the session learning professional skills from local artists Jordyn Owens & Edgar Padilla (photography), Bobby Lee (book arts), Ana Perez-McKay & Maddie Cantrell (fiber arts), Rachel Dickson (community driven art projects and zines), Stephanie Gibson (museum studies), Austin Pratt and David Delfin (gallery practices), and Alisha Funkhouser (analog photography).
