Work in Progress (or WIP) is an annual, 5-month program introducing advanced art techniques to local high school students through a series of workshops led by talented local/regional artists. Through WIP, students create original artwork utilizing their new skills and collaborate with each other on curating an exhibition in the HP Gallery. Participants also learn how to get involved in the local arts community. This next WIP will run from October 2024 – February 2025 followed by the big exhibition in February 2025. WIP workshops happen every Wednesday after school at the Holland Project and are free for all participating high school students. Space is limited and applications to participate are required.
