Buffalo Field Campaign Road Show with music by 7th Generation Rise
Please join us for an evening of storytelling, music, discussion and video presentation to find out why state and federal agencies are using your tax dollars to kill America’s last wild buffalo. Mike Mease, co-founder of Buffalo Field Campaign, will share exclusive video footage shot last winter, discuss the plight of Yellowstone’s wild buffalo, and tell how we can stop the senseless slaughter of these magnificent icons of the American west. Mike will be joined by a very special guest, Good Shield, a solo artist of indigenous funk band 7th Generation Rise. Good Shield is a member of the Lakota Nation, whose song stylings range from acoustic rock to funk. Donations are greatly appreciated and will go directly to the all-volunteer Buffalo Field Campaign for their frontline work in the field. The Buffalo Field Campaign is the only group in the field 365 days a year, standing in defense of the buffalo, and documenting every action taken against them.
