From time to time we get asked about certain names, phrases, stories, titles – and sometimes we gotta prove or bust some myths!
BAM! It’s October, which means its Halloween time – Holland’s most favorite most cherished time of the year. We’re bringing back our Origins series for this occasssion, focusing on the honoed crown jewel of Holland Programming – The Halloween Show. Born in a basement – Holland adopted the Halloween Show in 2007. We didnt have a soace or venue ourselves then, but crashed the studio on 4th (now Dead Ringer) for our the first of what would. be a beloved staple of our orginazation.
The Premise of the Halloween Show is simple- local bands and musicians pick a band, dress up as the band, and cover the band. Every year, we get to see a party between 7-13 bands, giving it their all for incredible, one-and-one-night-only unforgettable sets.
