Inauditx (Unheard)
May 23 – June 28, 2025

“Inauditx” is a collaborative, community-driven exhibition curated by Las Vegas based artist and curator Isaac Quezada. This exhibition brings together artists from diverse backgrounds and disciplines with a focus on experimental installations that fuse noise music with sculpture. Working in groups of three, the artists co-created immersive works that incorporate audio elements, inviting audiences into uniquely constructed experiences.

Originally presented as a one-day pop-up in Las Vegas, Nevada, the first iteration of Inauditx featured 18 artists from the local scene. This second showing at The Holland Project Gallery expands the exhibition’s reach, bridging Northern and Southern Nevada by introducing two new installations from Reno-based artist groups, displayed alongside three of the original pieces from the Las Vegas edition.

The word “inauditx” does not directly translate to “unheard” but rather an identity that is unheard. Through pairing artists that may not typically work with one another and encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration, this ongoing project first and foremost represents how emerging artists and curators approach exhibition making in new ways. It also continues within the legacy of DIY ethic and culture, spawning from a city where artists, musicians, and community members are often left out of culture, opportunity, and space.
