“Whip Craft” Gallery Reception

Please join HP Galleries and the Department of Theoretical Public Works for a gallery reception for “Whip Craft: Illegal Art in Downtown Reno”. The exhibition is an investigation into Reno’s whip culture and displays handmade bullwhips as art objects, while telling the story of their criminalization in Downtown Reno through text, video, and sound.
