Poetry Out Loud – 2025 Washoe County Semi-Finals

Please join the Holland Project to support young students in the 2025 Poetry Out Loud Washoe County Semifinal Competition.

Poetry Out Loud, a program of The National Endowment for the Arts and the Poetry Foundation, encourages the nation’s youth to learn about great poetry through memorization and recitation. This program helps students master public speaking skills, build self-confidence, and learn about their literary heritage.

Participating schools in 2025 include Wooster, McQueen, Reed, Coral Academy, and Davidson Academy.
