OFF THE RAILS Third Thursday Summer Concert Series continues with Tropa Magica and locals Velvet Pouch. With their unstoppable Latin dance grooves, swirling guitars, and electric energy, brothers David and Rene Pacheco promise to turn the plaza into a sea of nodding heads and shaking hips. Trust us: you definitely don’t wanna miss this last party.
