JESTER’S GAMBIT is a multi-stop bike and interactive art experience happening on Saturday, July 26th! The event is free, all ages, and the theme is “Ren Faire with a touch a Chess.”
The first stop is outside at McKinley Arts & Culture Center at 4:30PM, where attendees will gather, get their maps, and set out on the bike ride (optional) at 5:00PM. The ride will visit Oxbow Nature Study Area (5:15pm), West Street Market (6pm), and end with a human chess game and dance party at Holland Project from 7-10pm.
All stops are in downtown Reno with accessible entry, bathrooms, and hydration stations. The entire bike route is approximately 4-5 miles. The activities will include interactive and immersive art and music, hands-on activities, a live score, and more!
Please note there will not be a group ride back to McKinley – plan accordingly!
