Get ready to transcend on November 22nd because Michigan’s The Soil and the Sun are coming to Holland with Elspeth Summers and Evan Cass. The Soil and the Sun is an eight piece indie folk playing playing something real orchestral. It’s in the neighborhood of Fleet Foxes or the Polyphonic Spree. It’s pretty cool! Elspeth Summer and Evan Cass are both from the Carson/Gardnerville area and reside in the realm of the singer/songwriter. Elspeth is a little more ethereal and abstract, while Evan is a little more straight forward. Both are terrific! Friday, November 22nd at 7PM $5.
