The Cat’s Meow

From September 3rd – 12th the Holland Project Gallery will showcase new works by local artist Jane Kenoyer. The Cat’s Meow features detailed paintings inspired by Kenoyer’s great grandmother Pearl, a tattooed Vaudvillian gypsy of the 1920s. The work reflects both real and imagined memories while also connecting to the stories and oral histories passed down through Kenoyer’s family.
A reception with the artist will be held on Thursday, September 4th, 5:30-8:30pm
