Teen Art Night!

Join The Holland Project at the Nevada Museum of Art for our annual “teen-takeover” featuring incredible hands-on stations, live music and DJ Milkcrate and Peachsprite.

This year is a real doozy – we’re running with an alien theme, and we got all sorts of COOL stuff for ya, including: Mad Alchemy Light Show; UNR Planetarium’s inflatable dome with special visual/sound scape provided by  Tea Haze and Octophonix; 9 hand-on workshop stations (including embroidery, silkscreen and printmaking, vinyl stickers, button making, fuse beads, felt dolls and heads, UFO/visitation drawings, and of course, DIY protection/outfitters – tin hats, mylar, space fashion, complete with galactic make-up and nails, too!).

Be sure to visit the Department of Martian Vehicles (DMV, ya know!), where you get your official ID card, or make alien music in the experimental music-making station. There will also be a photo booth, bites from Hug High’s culinary program, a live photo-feed, and MORE. Galleries are open late!
