Sun Foot and Sam Coomes are comin’ to Holland!
Sam Coomes, mostly known for his work as the frontman of Quasi has a long history in the Pacific Northwest music scene. Performing/Recording as the bassist for Elliot Smith, and with everyone from Built to Spill and Sleater Kinney. We can’t wait to have him come through! Joining him on tour is Sun Foot, a rad Portland 3 piece who play low volume tunes through small amps and instruments like hand drums, pan lids, cheap electronic keyboards. Their tunes are upbeat and undeniably happy. To top off a bill like this, we have Local Girls! Their sound takes Pavement esc 90’s indie rock and serves it to you with a modern twist, heavy on the nostalgia and lyrics involving dogs.
