Priscilla Ford are back from the dead! Reno punk heroes, Priscilla Ford have a long history in Reno. Hailing from bands like Screeching Weasel, Big In Japan (NV), The Firebombing, and Zoinks!, Priscilla Ford are a punk powerhouse. They broke up, but they’re comin’ back for one night! Joining em are Elephant Rifle for their first all-ages show in a year, and we’re stoked! Their sound is aggressive, and mixes in 90’s post-hardcore with groovy fills, and a whole lot of audience participation (voluntary or not). Hate Recorder are hopping on this one as well, bringing some very sweet and smooth melodic lo-fi punk, mixing in post-punk and sonic experimentation that could sound at home on a Fred Thomas record, and then diving back into sloppy dirty punk riffs. Opening up the show are the very rad young grungy post-hardcore tinged punks of Tresed. They just played their first show for Fresh Meat, and we’re so stoked to have em back!
