Rolling in from Seattle, Post/Boredom make real nasty sludgy punk tunes with riffs to spare. Taking you from bizarre dissonant and repetitive melodies, putting you in a trance with foreboding lyrics, and knocking you out with detuned and fuzzy breakdowns. It’s not exactly hardcore, not quite post-hardcore, but an aggressive and unsettling mixture of the two. Joining em, Hate Recorder are are politically fueled noise-punks, back from the dead with a brand new bass player. To top it off, Plain Oatmeal are making their live debut. These Reno youngsters make grungy sludge punk, lit up by primal screams, talky verses and slow heavy riffs that are sure to put a nasty look on ur face.
