Paul Cherry is a musician and DJ from Chicago who achieved some success after the release of his first LP Flavour in 2018. Cherry played for years developing his mid-fi jazz-pop sound in the local Chicago garage and bar scene which brought up other artists like Twin Peaks, Smith Westerns, Whitney, and Mild High Club. The album cycle for Flavour took Paul on tour for almost 2 years straight, playing 300+ shows in the US, Canada and Europe. His newer sound takes the songwriting elements of classic songs and blends them with universal themes of the modern age, trying to retain elements of jazz and off-kilter pop harmony while keeping the songs approachable and relatable.
