JOT Writing Workshop

JOT Writers’ Group aims to provide a space and community for writers to share work and feedback, hone their skills, and get more work done through creative accountability. The group will be hosting a 6 week long writing workshop series at featuring guest speakers, guided exercises and projects, and critique. The series will culminate in a final publication of new works by JOT participants as well as a showcase on The Holland Project stage.
The group will meet-up every Tuesday starting September 17th through October 29th* from 6-8. With the exception of one workshop to be held October 21st and not the 22nd.
Price for the whole series is sliding scale, pay-what-you-can $20-100 up front. For individuals who wish to only take particular workshops, drop-in rates are $5. Needed Materials: A notebook, laptop, tablet, stack of napkins/receipts/gum wrappers to write on. Workshop facilitator will provide scans of readings and materials for exercises.
