Industrial Art Punks Haunted Horses are returning to Holland on Saturday May 3rd and we’re stoked! Playing with them are our favorite solo projects Televisions and Solterona Haunted Horses are one of the best groups coming out of Seattle today! They’re sound is a combination of industrial, 70’s art punk, and with a little yip of modern psych! The Seattle Stranger says “confrontational prog punk as imagined by a troupe of angry cave-dwelling Luddites, Haunted Horses manifest a furious onslaught of sound rarely found these days, at times channeling prime-era Liars in their cacophonies of claustrophobic angst.” Televisions is the the solo project of surf curser Nick Rattingan. Televisions’ solo tunes fall somewhere between New Order and the more rocking material of The Cure. Solterona is Jamie Hemingway’s terrific synth driven dance beast. Saturday, May 3rd at 8PM $5.
