
Gettin’ Pickled with Meagors!

Don’t sleep on this! The Pickle Lady has graciously agreed to share her secrets of the trade in this crash course “Gettin’ Pickled with Meagors”. Cucumbers and fresh dill are out of season, but we will be pickling some more Fall appropriate goodies (carrots, cauliflower, green beans, garlic, and more!) and you’ll leave with all the skills to make those perfectly crisp cucumbers come spring/summer. Feel free to bring any veggies leftover from the garden that you would like to experiment with as well (green tomatoes, perhaps?)!
Participants of this workshop will learn the pickle process from start to finish and leave with one 16oz and one 8oz jar of fresh pickles that will be ready-to-eat by mid-December. A labeling/packaging station will be set up if you’d like to customize your pickles as gifts.
