Chain and the Gang and The Encounters

Punk and Rock n’ Roll legend/genius/aficionado Ian Svenious (The Makeup, Nation of Ulysses, Weird War) is bringing his Chain and the Gang to Reno on January 13th! This is very, very good news! Even more good news, The Encounters are playing too! Self described as Crime Rock Chain and the Gang updates and revitalizes 50’s and 60’s call and response rock and roll. This is their second time at Holland and the first time was completely amazing! Svenious’ stage presence could be likened to a punk James Brown! The Encounters are Reno’s own 50’s rock and roll punks! Playing punk bangers and ballads anthemic ballads! Everybody rules on this bill! Tuesday, January 13th at 8PM $7!
