G.I.R.L.S. ROCK RENO SUMMER CAMP & PROGRAMMING

G.I.R.L.S. Rock Reno is an annual music summer camp at The Holland Project for youth ages 9-17. GRR provides music instruction in vocals, guitar, bass, and drums, as well as workshops in rock history, screen printing (for making merch!), button making, self-love and stage confidence, among so much more! We prioritize self-confidence, creativity, and community — encouraging participants to acquire skills to help guide them throughout their lives. GRR hopes to counter the underrepresentation of women and people of marginalized gender identities in music, and we are committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment. We welcome all self-identified girls, trans and non-binary youth to participate and no music experience is required.
